El Cerrito Courage to Change is looking to conduct a Group Inventory and all members are invited to participate

A group inventory is like a checks and balances, a way to measure the health of our group, and set goals we want to achieve to make sure we’re in compliance with AA principles.

We do this by submitting, answering, and discussing a list of 5 – 10 questions about our group.

First, let’s get our list of questions. It’s easiest to use an anonymous Google forms Survey to submit your questions. We also need to find the best day(s) and time to conduct the final discussion via zoom, so please let us know your preference on the survey.

Ericka X, our General Service Representative, will compile the top 5-10 questions. We will then send out another anonymous survey requesting your answers to the questions. Ericka will compile those answers and present them for discussion at our on-line Zoom Group Inventory meeting. Ericka will create the final summary report to be posted on our website.
